About Steven Deal
Following receipt of a MBA with a specialization in Real Estate Finance from the University of Alabama, Steven began his career in Birmingham leasing retail space on behalf of Books-A-Million before moving on to Regions Financial where he analyzed a diverse range of commercial real estate transactions and markets in the banks Risk Management group. A sixth generation Tuscaloosa and Northport native, Steven decided to return to his hometown in 2012 to work for Pritchett-Moore specializing in commercial and investment real estate transactions and development.
In April 2013, Steven was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, joining an esteemed fraternity of commercial real estate professionals worldwide. Steven also serves on the Alabama Center for Real Estate (ACRE) Leadership Council and is the 2012 Arthur B. Pope Award Recipient. Since 2012, Steven has produced an average annual sales volume of at least $8,000,000 and has been the number one ranked commercial and land sales volume leader in the West Alabama MLS, as well as a regular top 5 agent in total volume (competing against residential and commercial agents). Steven enjoys working with investors, developers, and business owners who are helping to shape, improve, and grow his beloved Tuscaloosa.
Steven’s wife Lindsey is a principal with Thornhill Capital Management and they have three young children – William, Robert, and Taylor. They are members of First Presbyterian Church and are both excited about the growth and renewal underway in Tuscaloosa.
With a wide scope of experience in commercial and investment transactions and development, Steven continues to be a top producer in the greater Tuscaloosa and Northport area.
